Note: The DVD was produced specially as tour merchandise in a limited pressing of 1000 copies. 800 of these were sold on the American tour of Demons Dance Alone. The other 200 were sold by Euro Ralph. A revised edition of this DVD was included in the Kettles of Fish box set.
* The package was not given a reference number, but comes between 27 and 29, so we called it DVD 028.

"Easter Eggs":

The "audio only" tracks include monochrome video excerpts from the shows, which stop part way through the tracks. There is also a short promotional video included in the Extras menu.

Note: The DVD was produced in 3 versions: The "Director's Cut" comes in an 8" square hardback cover and includes a 16 page glossy colour "photo album" in a numbered edition of 1050 copies. The "Promotional copy" does not contain the easter eggs or special packaging. The non-limited edition does not include the audio only tracks but includes the Pickle promo video (from Golden Goat) as an easter egg.
