Note: This 2-CDR set was released as blank media, to be burned as eventual hard copies and packaging for the River Of Crime tracks, that were distributed via the internet, in a subscription series, each “CrimeCast” episode being released every two weeks, over a 10-week period. These subscription downloads also included exclusive material, including scripts, icons and CRT wallpaper, as well as unrelated bonus tracks. Note: This collection is a downloadable album released by The Residents through iTunes, a subsidiary of Apple Computers. There are no actual CDs of this release "pressed" per se, but since this collection has tracks that are not released elsewhere, and even has its own cover art, Bach Is Dead is including this entry for historical purposes. The songs on this collection were previously released by The Residents on their MySpace site, the short-lived Vomitorious Downloads section of the "Bog," the Baby Skeletons 12″ and as extras from the River of Crime download series. Most of these songs had previously been listed with "RMX" on the end of each title.

Note: This disk was offered as a bonus for people who pre-ordered The Voice Of Midnight from Ralph America.  Originally announced to be limited to 300 copies, preorders exceeded expectations and the number of copies manufactured was bumped up to 500.  This disk was manufactured by Ralph America for the Cryptic Corporation, but the label is listed as eL Ralpho.  Issued in a plastic envelope with a single card inlay.
